11 children found locked in cages : Sheriff's deputies in Ohio have found 11 children locked in cages less than three-and-a-half feet high inside a home, but a couple have denied they had abused or neglected the children. A judge yesterday put the children - who range in age from 1 to 14 and who have various disabilities, including autism - into foster homes. Full Circle
